Asharqia Chamber presents you with the best greetings and would like to inform you of the letter of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (43588 / GS) dated (30/05/1440), which pointed out that the Authority is updating the list of accredited laboratories for the issuance of pesticide residue analysis certificates for agricultural crop products, including processed and frozen vegetables and fruits from the Republic of India.
However, no consignment shall be cleared unless the pesticide residue analysis certificate is attached to the list of laboratories published on the Authority's website (www.sfda.gov.sa)
The Authority also wishes to recall the signing of the "Certificate of Conformity Program for the Food Package" (InterTech International Riyadh, Saudi Industrial Testing Services Company), which allows importers to take advantage of fast track taking to finish special procedures that the Authority authorized for opening directly and removed from the customs squares on the same day.
